US behind deadly attacks in Pakistan: Muslim religious leader

Pakistani Shiite leader on Friday strongly condemned the deadly blasts in Pakistan that killed 124 people, saying that the US is behind the shameful act.

Talking to IRNA, Majlis Wahdat-e Muslimeen (MWM) Secretary General Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jaffari demanded the president, prime minister and army chief to take immediate notice of the killings of the Shiite community in Pakistan.

He said that militants belonging to the outfits funded by America have been killing patriotic Shiite people of Pakistan.

Expressing his views in Islamabad on Friday, MWM leader said that sectarian killings in Balochistan are part of a well-planned conspiracy of the anti-Pakistan forces to destabilize the country.

Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jaffari was of the view that Shias of Pakistan are the defence line of Pakistan and conspiracy is going on to weaken this strong defence line.

The Shiite leader warned that it is the time to save Pakistan from the terrorists, saying that these American agents wanted to destabilize the country by performing acts of terrorism in the country.

He said that US, its allies and terrorists want to destabilize Pakistan by spreading sectarianism. 'This troika poses a serious threat to Pakistan,' he viewed.

Responding to a question, Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jaffari said that the US and Zionist regime will not be able to destabilize Pakistan and their conspiracies in this regard will fail.

The religious leader was of the opinion that American policy of 'divide and rule' would fail.
