Persepolis has been selected as the best Iranian team according to the latest rankings of the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).

According to Mehr News Agency on Friday, February 05, Persepolis moved up from 244 to 241 in the rankings with 78.5 points. Sepahan, Iran’s Professional League (IPL) pacesetter, dropped from 284 to 288 scoring 71.5 points. Zob Ahan is the third Iranian team in the rankings. The IPL second placed jumped from 320 to 318 with 67.5 points.

Spain''s Barcelona remains on top of the table with 319 points. England''s Chelsea and Manchester United are second and third with 296 and 289 points respectively.
