A double suicide bomb attack on a mosque in Yemeni capital, Sana'a, martyred at least 25 people, and left many more injured.

At least 1,200 people were crushed to death and 2,000 more injured in a stampede incident at Mina, about 5km from Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Reports said hundreds of bodies are still out in the streets.
